President & CEO
Tommy brings over three decades of elite leadership, strategic operations, and organizational stewardship to Aegis Advisory. A native of Rochester, New York, he served 30 years in the U.S. Navy, specializing in Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), leading complex missions and high-risk operations across the globe. His distinguished career includes multiple combat deployments, serving as Command Master Chief of Task Force Troy Center, Task Force Paladin South, and Joint Task Force Troy where he played a pivotal role in counter-IED operations and joint force integration.
Elevated to Command Master Chief (CMDCM) in 2007, Tommy led some of the most critical Navy EOD and Mine Warfare units, including EOD Mobile Unit THREE, EOD Group ONE, and Naval Mine & Anti-Submarine Warfare Command. His leadership in operational strategy, training development, and force readiness ensured the success of over 1,200 personnel across multiple commands.
Following his Navy career, Tommy transitioned into the private sector, serving as Vice President of the Navy EOD Association, and advancing in business development and strategic consulting roles supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and government contracting initiatives. His data-driven approach, deep acquisition knowledge, and proven ability to align technology with mission needs have positioned him as a trusted advisor in defense strategy, supply chain management, and government business growth.
